These terms apply when you use the Al Bayaan Academy website, book a free trial, or continue as an enrolled student. Please read them before booking or paying tuition.

1. Agreement

By booking a trial, using our portal, or paying tuition, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What We Provide

Al Bayaan Academy offers structured online programmes in Quran Recitation, Tajweed Rules, Arabic Language, and Quran Memorisation (Hifz). Teaching is live, 1-on-1, with vetted certified teachers via Zoom or Google Meet.

3. Free Trial

Every new family enquiry includes:

  • one complimentary 30-minute live session — no tuition fee and no card required to book;
  • a level assessment and learning plan discussion with your matched teacher;
  • confirmation aim within 24 hours of booking; first sessions usually within 2–3 days, subject to teacher availability.

4. Enrolment & Scheduling

After the trial, continuing requires enrolment and a monthly plan agreed with our team. Students receive a routine through the academy portal.

You are responsible for attending at agreed times and providing a stable internet connection, working camera, and quiet space. Request schedule changes in advance through the academy.

5. Payments & Billing

Tuition works as follows:

  • Monthly billing with no long-term contract — cancel any time before your next cycle.
  • Fees are set per student in USD, GBP, EUR, BDT, CAD, or AUD as agreed with admin.
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, Wise, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App (availability varies by country).
  • Submit payment proof through the student portal; access may pause if fees become overdue.
  • 15% sibling discount on each additional child — contact us after your trial to arrange.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Notify us before your next billing date to stop future months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Refunds for unused sessions are reviewed case-by-case if you contact us promptly.

7. Conduct & Fair Use

Students, parents, and guardians must treat teachers and staff respectfully. Harassment, repeated no-shows without notice, or misuse of meeting links may lead to suspension. Teachers may end a session if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Portal & Intellectual Property

The academy portal, curriculum, lesson materials, and website belong to Al Bayaan Academy. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Service Limitations

Online learning depends on your internet and device setup. We are not responsible for outages on Zoom, Google Meet, or your local connection. Results depend on regular attendance and practice between sessions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
